Kaisu is the institutional repository of the Bank of Finland and the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA), which was opened on November 2022. The publications and documents in the Bank of Finland’s former institutional repository within the Helda repository have been moved to Kaisu. There are both new born digital and older, digitized publications in Kaisu. The Bank of Finland digitizes and publishes also key archive material, mainly from around 100 years ago. The material to be published includes meeting minutes and enclosures thereto plus some special collections. The oldest publications in Kaisu are from 1882.
This accessibility statement applies to Kaisu, the publication archive of the Bank of Finland and the Financial Supervisory Authority. The statement was prepared on October 20th 2022 and is updated regularly. It was last updated on March 8th 2023. We wish to make our publications accessible to all users and accordingly we are constantly evaluating and developing the publication archive. We welcome feedback from users with regard to usability.

The most significant accessibility deficiencies of the Kaisu publication archive’s publication files relate to research publication pdf files produced with LaTeX software. These research publications reside mainly in the collections Bank of Finland Research Discussion Papers and BOFIT Discussion Papers. Also the series BoF Economics Review and BOFIT Policy Brief may contain such publications.
